Judge Tosses $10 Million Lawsuit Against NPS

    A federal judge in California has tossed out a $10 million lawsuit brought against the National Park Service by the family of a climber killed in a rockfall near Curry Village. However, the family's attorney says he likely will appeal the ruling to the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
    The L.A. Times  has the story.
