Isn't it amazing that a governmental agency like FEMA can screw up and give away a billion dollars to groups and individuals who didn't rightly deserve it? Why can't someone in the Interior Department screw up and give the Park Service a billion dollars? At least the money would go to a good cause.
    But I digress.
Did you hear the news out of the Northwest? Seems like there's a move under way to expand Olympic National Park by about 16,000 acres in the Lake Ozette area. Great idea, one that will provide valuable protection to park resources. You can get the skinny on this opportunity over at Park Remark.
