    You have to love the creativity of defense attorneys.
    In the case of J. Steven Griles, the disgraced and convicted former deputy Interior secretary, his attorneys are asking that any community service Mr. Griles is ordered to serve as a result of his conviction for lying to Congress in the Jack Abramoff scandal be done with the motorized recreation industry that wants more and more inroads to the country's public lands.
