It takes a lot of resources, both in terms of dollars and personnel, to manage the wildlife resources of Yellowstone National Park. You can help with that effort by "adopting" a wolf through the Yellowstone Park Foundation.
And, by doing so, you just might score some points with your significant other or your children.
For Valentine's Day the foundation is selling $40 wolf adoptions that reward you with a 12-inch plush wolf, a fact sheet and photographs of Yellowstone wolves, a personalized adoption certificate, and "the satisfaction of knowing you are helping ensure the long-term survival of wild wolves, bears, and other native species in Yellowstone."
Order by February 7 and you should have the plush wolf and documentation in time for Valentine's Day.
