Chimani Has Added Rocky Mountain National Park To Its Library Of Park Apps

Chimani has added an app for Rocky Mountain National Park to its library of national park phone apps. With the Rocky Mountain app, along with getting trail descriptions, learning about ranger programs, and knowing when the sun will rise or set, you also can keep track of the shuttle bus schedules.

Chimani has added to its library of national park apps with one on Rocky Mountain National Park.

The app is available for both 'Droid and iPhone users for $1.99 until September 15th (regular price $4.99). It features a 45-minute audio tour of the Trail Ridge Road, a high-resolution, custom-made map that is GPS-enabled, a hiking guide for the most popular trails in the park, schedules for all the free shuttle buses, sunrise/sunset times for an entire year, updated ranger led activities, and more than 100 photos.

And as always, no cellphone or Internet connection is required for any of the features!

The Chimani Rocky Mountain app also features a new section dedicated to the core Leave No Trace principles of outdoor ethics.
