Peaks Of Otter Lodge Along Blue Ridge Parkway Reopens

Published Date

October 13, 2013

The Peaks of Otter Lodge has been reopened along the Blue Ridge Parkway, although all National Park Service operations along the Parkway remain closed.

The lodge reopened less than a week after the Park Service relented and allowed the Pisgah Inn, located along the Parkway in North Carolina, to reopen. Delaware North Companies Parks & Resorts, which earlier this year landed the contract to manage Peaks of Otter Lodge, announced its reopening.

The restaurant opened Saturday with a limited menu for dinner service. The lodge is scheduled to remain open through December 1.
