Head to Voyageurs National Park this coming weekend to enjoy some snowshoeing during the annual Icebox Days celebration/NPS

Like it cold? Then plan to attend Icebox Days at Voyageurs National Park in Minneosta this weekend.

Join a park ranger for a snowshoe walk in the North Woods by the light of the moon. The moon creates a majestic winter experience on these crisp, clear Minnesota nights. Enjoy the night sky and the snowy wonderland. Snowshoes provided. Warm up afterward with hot cocoa and a campfire.

Join us on Friday, January 16, from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Rainy Lake Visitor Center.

This event is sponsored by Voyageurs National Park Association (VNPA) in celebration of the park's 40th birthday and in recognition of VNPA's 50th anniversary.
