A great before-breakfast or pre-sundown hike at Grand Canyon National Park's North Rim is the short walk to Bright Angel Point.

This quarter-mile, practically level, hike starts right off the patio of the Grand Canyon Lodge and offers panoramic views of the canyon. This short video provides some insights.
