Snow was piling up Saturday in the high country of Glacier National Park, where forecasters predicted more than two feet could accumulate by Monday morning.

By 10:30 local time Saturday morning a white cloak of snow was on the ground at Many Glacier and higher up on Logan Pass, though none was falling at West Glacier, according to the park's web cams.

A winter storm warning issued Saturday morning was to remain in place into Sunday night, the National Weather Service said. Wind chill at times could drive the temperature to 10 degrees below zero on Logan Pass, the agency said.

In the park, the Many Glacier, Two Medicine, and Chief Mt. Roads all were closed Saturday, while the Going-to-the-Sun Road was closed from Avalanche to St. Mary.
