If you're planning a trip to Glacier National Park in Montana in the weeks ahead, you might want to pack some face masks, as there are some trails in the park where social distancing is proving difficult, according to park staff.

"On popular trails like the Highline, Avalanche, Trail of the Cedars, and St. Mary Falls, please be prepared to wear a mask. On such trails, it can be impossible to maintain distancing guidelines of at least 6 feet," the staff tweeted out Wednesday.

"To avoid crowds and make distancing easier, consider choosing a hike that is less popular or come early in the morning or in the evening," the staff added. "By taking these precautions you can help keep yourself, other visitors, and park staff safe, and allow us to keep the park open and available!"
