Take a vacation at Yosemite National Park and help support the National Parks Traveler.

Just taking a vacation in the grandeur of Yosemite National Park can help the National Parks Traveler gain a measure of financial support.

Yosemite Scenic Wonders, which manages vacation homes in the forests of Yosemite West, will donate a percentage of lodging rentals made by those who click here or on one of their ads on the Traveler and proceed to the company's website to make a reservation.

Not only do you get to enjoy a getaway in Yosemite, but you're helping the Traveler provide expanded coverage of national parks at the same time with no added fee to you.

While most folks build their vacations around the summer months, winter is a great time to visit Yosemite. There are snow sports to enjoy, like snowshoeing and cross-country skiing, or you can frame plenty of photographs without dodging summer's crowds, explore historic buildings, watch the sunset on the peaks as you dine in front of a roaring fire, then watch as the sky is taken over by the Milky Way amidst the deep indigo night.

Of course, you also can plan next summer's vacation and snag a place to stay. Either way, your relaxation in the majesty of Yosemite will help the Traveler.
