Due to an increase in vandalism, theft, and attempted theft of government property at Fort Raleigh National Historic Site in North Carolina, the National Park Service and park staff are seeking assistance from anyone who may have information leading to the identification of suspect(s) or to the safe return of items stolen during the most recent illegal activity.

Vandalism and an attempted theft occurred within Fort Raleigh’s Waterside Theatre.

A National Park Service Arrowhead was stolen from the entrance to Fort Raleigh.
Feb. 27, 2023
An attempted break-in during the overnight hours occurred at a Fort Raleigh building. Due to the activation of an alarm system, the individual(s) did not gain entry to the building.
