Nightly campground fees for tent campers at the Sunset Campground in Bryce Canyon National Park will jump 50 percent next year, to $30, while RV fees will remain at $30 a night, according to a park release.

The fee structure for backpacking permits at Grand Teton National Park will change early next year, when permits will cost $20 with an additional $7 per person per night charge.

The Canyon Rim Visitor Center at New River Gorge National Park and Preserve in West Virginia will close on January 1, 2024, while the building undergoes extensive renovation, with a reopening date tentatively scheduled for early March.
