Southern Appalachian Highlands Conservancy To Improve Wildlife Habitat At Cataloochee Ranch On Border of Great Smoky Mountains National Park
Cataloochee Ranch, an 800-acre parcel on the Great Smokies’ southeastern border, is one of the most significant private-land nature preserves that flanks the park. This weekend volunteers will come up to this Maggie Valley equestrian and hiking resort to help improve wildlife habitat in forests and lofty meadows.
