Western National Parks Association Welcomes Two Board Members

Western National Parks Association, a Tucson-based nonprofit partner of the National Park Service, announced the appointment of two members to its Board of Directors. The board is the governing body of the organization, and members serve as ambassadors for WNPA, articulating its message, mission, and accomplishments to the public.

Rocky Mountain National Park Staff Seeking Public Comment For Day Use Visitor Access Strategy

Since 2012, Rocky Mountain National Park has seen a 44 percent increase in visitation, which in turn has created a strain on park facilities, increased safety concerns, and degraded natural and cultural resources. To mitigate this issue, park staff are seeking input from the public for the park's long-range Visitor Day Use Access Strategy.
