Which of the Civil War battlefields preserved by the National Park Service appeals to you most, and why?

A search for a missing backpacker in Kings Canyon National Park moved into its seventh day Tuesday, though so far the efforts have failed to turn up any trace of the man.

Devils Tower National Monument, Badlands National Park, and Theodore Roosevelt National Park all have made it into the Center for Great Plains Studies' list of top "ecotourism" destinations in the Great Plains.

Once upon a time not so long ago, all roads leading to Natural Bridges National Monument were dirt. Only the hardiest of visitors ventured out here. But now the roads are firmly paved and it’s a sort of main route between Lake Powell and points north down toward Monument Valley and Four Corners.
