National Park Service Distributes $10 Million In Semiquincentennial Grants

Ten million dollars has been awarded in the second round of funding from the National Park Service's Semiquincentennial Grant Program commemorating the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States. Created by Congress in 2020 and funded through the Historic Preservation Fund, this round of grants will support 20 cultural resource preservation projects across 14 states.

Construction On Dingmans Falls Trail At Delaware Water Gap NRA Will Lead To Closures

The final stage of rebuilding the Dingmans Falls boardwalk at Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area in New Jersey and Pennsylvania kicks off next week, and that means there will be some closures on the popular quarter-mile trail that passes by Silverthread Falls on the way to Dingmans Falls.
