UPDATE | California Coastal Commission Raises Concerns With Point Reyes NS Ag Plan

A plan the National Park Service developed at Point Reyes National Seashore to manage cattle operations could be derailed by the California Coastal Commission because of the Park Service's failure to produce promised reports on dealing with the impacts from the livestock operations.

I find the title interesting because a requiem is a dirge, an expression of sadness and mourning, often a lamentation for the dead. Yochim knew his time was short, was he in such a mood as he considered the future of the national parks? I think not, but he knew they were jeopardy.
