Lodging At Great Sand Dunes

Although there is no in-park lodging at Great Sand Dunes National Park and Preserve, there are other area accommodation options available for nightly stays.

Open April through October, Great Sand Dunes Lodge is about a mile (1.6 km) south of the main park entrance. A motel-style building offers four room types for a total of 18 rooms. There’s also an RV, a mobile home, and a geodesic dome available. Rates are seasonal but peak season prices generally range from $139 per night for the geodesic dome to $249 for the Deluxe Plus King Suite with a park view. Rooms (and RV, mobile home, and geodesic dome) fill up quickly so it’s a good idea to book months in advance of your stay. Click on the link above or call 719-378-2900.
