John is the President of the National Park Traveler's Club (NPTC) - a club of enthusiasts who visit the National Parks and of collect cancellations from Eastern National's "Passport to Your National Parks" Program. The Club has currently recognized 17 individuals with its "Platinum Lifetime Achievement Award" for visiting all the Units in the National Park System.
