Earlier this year we shared a video of a garbage cleanup at Kenai Fjords National Park in Alaska. Today we have a video of garbage -- marine debris -- collected at national park landscapes in south Florida.
According to the National Park Service, "every five minutes in the U.S. over two million plastic bottles are used; every five seconds over 60,000 plastic bags are used. In this episode of WATERWAYS we examine many types of marine debris, from commercial fishing gear to household trash that ends up in our waters and harming sea turtles, corals and just about everything that lives in the ocean."

And yet there are many people out there who will argue that humans have no impact on the earth when it comes to environmental issues like climate change.
Really?
