Two Bodies Found In Remote Part Of Joshua Tree National Park

Share

Two bodies were found Sunday in a remote area of Joshua Tree National Park in California. While the remains have yet to be identified, a couple vanished in the park back in July and hasn't been seen since.

In a brief release Sunday evening park staff said the bodies were found about 11:30 a.m. They were to be transferred to the San Bernardino County coroner for identification.

Rachel Nguyen and Joseph Orbeso entered Joshua Tree in the morning of July 27, and have not been seen or heard from since. In late August the couple's families offered a $10,000 reward for information leading to their safe return.
