Heat Driven By Climate Change Will Make Grand Canyon, Other National Parks, More Dangerous

As climate change continues to drive higher and higher temperatures across the National Park System, Grand Canyon and other parks are going to become more and more dangerous as visitors in search of recreation, rejuvenation, and inspiration chance being stricken by a heat-related illness, according to a new study.

Judge Chastises Fish And Wildlife Service For Ignoring Wolf Recovery Plan

A federal judge on Friday chastised the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service for failing to produce a nationwide gray wolf recovery plan, saying individual plans for the Eastern timber wolf, Northern Rocky Mountain wolf, and Mexican wolf don't meet the requirements under the Endangered Species Act to develop nationwide plan for the gray wolf.
