Glacier National Park Officials Urge Visitors to Be "Bear Aware"

Glacier National Park officials are urging motorists and hikers to be extra-cautious around bears. Two bear cubs have been killed in park traffic so far this year, and trail users continue to encounter bears in potentially dangerous circumstances.
