One of our New Year’s Resolutions here at Traveler is to step up the pace of creature feature postings. We’ll see if we can manage at least one a month in 2010. Meanwhile here’s a list of the ones we’ve posted so far.

Last year’s batch included:

Asian swamp eel
Burmese python
crystal salamander
feral burro
island fox
lionfish
mission blue butterfly
synchronous firefly

The six previously posted creature features were:

American marten
hellbender
many-colored fruit dove
Pacific treefrog
red-throated loon
Texas banded gecko
