Tiered Boat Fees Could Be Coming To Glen Canyon National Recreation Area

Should a boat 20 feet in length be assessed the same annual fee for plying the waters of Lake Powell at Glen Canyon National Recreation Area as a boat approaching 100 feet in length? The National Park Service doesn't think so and is proposing a sliding fee scale based on the length of a boat and is seeking public comment on that proposal.

Main Boat Ramp At Bullfrog Marina On Lake Powell Open For All Vessels

Rising water levels have allowed the main boat ramp at the Bullfrog Marina on Lake Powell in Glen Canyon National Recreation Area to open to all vessels. The Bullfrog North Ramp also remains open and available to all boaters. The Bullfrog Main Ramp Spur, adjacent to the eastern side of the main launch ramp, is available for vessels up to 25 feet in length.
